Prisøkning på IBM HW Maintenance

Please note that as of January 1, 2022, IBM will increase the price of IBM Hardware Maintenance and IBM Hardware Support Extension only.

For selected IBM products, the increase is 5-8% (8% for Power and DS8K and 5% on Z and other Storage) respectively 3% in DACH and UKI markets and 7% in CEE market for IBM Hardware Maintenance (HWMA) and IBM Hardware Support Extension (HWSE). .

For new contracts, a price increase of 5 or 8% applies from January 1, 2022 (if applicable).

For existing contracts, a price increase of 5 or 8% applies from April 1, 2022 (if applicable).

• If an existing contract includes a fee increase restriction, this will take precedence.

• This price increase does not affect contracts within a period with a price guarantee. This does not apply to new acquisitions of machines and features from January 1, 2021.
